What a fabulous workshop. Lynn is truly inspirational and I have left feeling empowered and strong. I look forward to doing more work with Lynn and could recommend anyone to attend her workshops.

Lynn facilitated a staff away for my team in November 2017 where we looked at health and well being of ourselves and each other. We all support homeless young people and young people at risk of harm so the work is quite emotional and often demanding. Lynn did a piece of group work around our values, both as individuals and as an organisation that was excellent. It really engaged all colleagues. Her planning and prepapration was obviously very well done and it paid off. She ran the session to time, made it relevant, kept people interested and involved. She fully understood our organistaion and its mission. We also did some work on health, recognising and preventing stress. It was just what we needed. I’d most definitely use her again and recommend her.

I started having coaching with Lynn several years ago when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. Lynn helped me get through that difficult period through a variety of coaching techniques inspired by the teachings of Louise Hay. Through Lynn I learnt to use positive affirmations, make positive changes and learnt to how to nurture myself and build up my inner strength. All these skills have helped me to look after my wellbeing and mental health, so much so that my life and coping skills have improved dramatically. Through the work Lynn has taught me I now focus on gratitude on a daily basis, which has enriched my life: I have so much more confidence now and enjoy my life so much more. Lynn is such a lovely lady – I have been able to completely trust her, open up to her, and she has given me so much love, support and encouragement that I now believe in me! I am forever grateful to Lynn and have learned so much from her. I still have coaching with Lynn from time to time as it is so beneficial to my wellbeing. Lynn has been and continues to be a wonderful teacher and mentor.

I’ve just had the most wonderful, enlightening and funny coaching session with Lynn Meadowcroft. I’ve had coaching with Lynn consistently over the last few years because her heart centred work ethic always allows me to feel truly heard, seen and valued. Firstly I wanted to thankyou for your amazing and inspiration work that you have done on the fantastic 12 ways to love yourself , I really didn’t know what to expect , but so glad I was lucky enough to join the course with you and all the other lovely ladies.
For the past few years I have struggled with things that had gone on in my past and was constantly going over it in my mind and blaming myself for the things that had happened and how I could of changed it or maybe done things differently , I felt angry, bitter and didn’t have much self worth,

But by doing this course with you I feel it really has given me an insight of how I can use the tools you have given me and really feel I have changed my mind set to a more positive one , I know I will probably still have a few ups and downs along the way but I’m really feeling alot lighter as though there has been some kind of weight or shift from my shoulders, I now know I can like or love myself better and stop blaming myself of the past because like you said it can’t be changed,

One thing that really sticks in my mind is when you said “its only a thought and a thought can be changed ” I keep telling myself this every day and this has helped me alot ,

So thankyou so much again , I am so lucky I got to go on this journey!

Just completed a 13 day course with Lynn, she truly inspired me. I was able to look within and make some amazing discoveries about myself in a safe space with a group of inspiring ladies. Lynn ran a stress awareness session for our staff members at Cowgills. The session was very interactive and extremely useful for all levels of staff. We must not forget that, aside from certain work pressures and deadlines, people also have a lot to deal with in their personal lives. Getting the balance right and, most importantly, recognising the early signs of stress are vital. Lynn covered all of this extremely well. She comes highly recommend!

I have just completed the 5 week Heal Your Life on-line training course with Lynn. The course was intense and I can’t pretend it was easy but it was so worth it. Right from week 1 the course started to bring into the light issues that I’d been resisting, suppressing and struggling with for years. The course and Lynn’s mentoring helped me to identify the root cause of my discomfort and understand how events that had happened many years ago were still affecting my behaviour and impacting my life today. By naming and owning my stuff and bringing things into the light, I feel like the course has given me the opportunity to hit a reset button in my life. I feel in a positive place now where I can really start the work to release the past and move forward with creating the life I really want to live; one in which I am comfortable with who I am and where I am living in alignment with my values. The on-line course was a great opportunity to do Heal Your Life work for me. It gave me the flexibility to work through the weekly modules at my own pace and identify my blocks whilst still having the support of Lynn as a mentor and the support of the other group members taking the course at the same time. I learnt so much about myself and my behaviours from my interactions with the group and they were so supportive. I’d definitely recommend the course for anyone who wants to do deep healing; it’s tough but it’s worth it. Thank you Lynn for being a great mentor and for your dedicated support in helping me through the 5 weeks.
