Love

Hi beautiful people……I suppose this month’s newsletter has to be about LOVE.

After all we celebrate (or maybe we don’t celebrate), Valentine’s Day on the 14th February.

As a teacher of love I celebrate love EVERY day and encourage you to do the same.

Love is a word we use, usually without thinking about what it actually means.

So I invite you to grab a pen and paper and finish the following sentence…

For me love is………….and write as many sentences as you can….really FEEL what it means to you…..go deep…….

For me, love is sacred. And not to be used just for the sake of saying it.

So many people say ‘ I love you’ to someone and the other person replies straight back with, ‘ I love you too.’ Saying it maybe from a sense of obligation, withoiut actually FEELING what is being said or meaning what is being said.

And of course, I have to mention the act of loving yourself.

I had no idea about this until I dscovered Louise Hay. I always thought it was everyone else’s job to love me, I didn’t know where to start. How do you love yourself?

Louise wrote a list of 10 Ways To Love Yourself and in 2013 she added two more.

I now teach these principles to others and watch as people’s lives transform.

If you want to know how to love yourself and would like to join my next 13 day online course on the ‘ 12 Ways To Love Yourself – A Journey to Self Love’ we start on the 15th March.

And you can book your place here: https://lynnmeadowcroft.com/events/

Once you have learned how to love yourself your life will never be the same. You will exude the vibration of love and attract love to you.

Here’s a short clip of Louise Hay talking about self-love:

Finally, I would like to invite you to give YOURSELF some love, not only this month or Valentine’s day but EVERY day.

Because you are so WORTHY, and so DESERVING and GOOD ENOUGH!!

Have fun LOVING yourself!!!

Until next time, I am sending you all so much love from my heart to yours

Lynn
