Honoured to Be Named a SheInspires Impact Leader 2026

On International Women’s Day 2026, I felt deeply honoured and incredibly grateful to be included in the SheInspires Impact Leaders List 2026.

To be recognised alongside 99 extraordinary women who are creating change in their communities, businesses, and the wider world is something I do not take lightly. Each woman on this list carries her own story, her own journey, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

For me, this recognition holds an even deeper meaning.

I grew up as a working-class girl in a small two-up-two-down terraced house, carrying the messages I had heard for so long — that I wasn’t clever enough, that I wouldn’t amount to anything, that I wasn’t deserving, that I simply wasn’t good enough.

For many years I believed those words.

I had little self-belief, very little confidence, and struggled to see my own worth. Yet life has a beautiful way of showing us something different when we begin to believe in ourselves, even just a little.

And now, to be included in this inaugural list of 100 Impact Leaders feels both humbling and deeply meaningful.

But what matters most to me is not the recognition itself.

What matters most is the message behind it.

No woman should ever feel that she is not enough.
No woman should ever believe that her background, her circumstances, or the voices she once heard define what is possible for her life.

If there is one thing my journey has taught me, it is this:

Anything is possible when we begin to believe we are worthy of it.

Today I celebrate every woman on this list, and every woman who is quietly doing the work — lifting others, building something meaningful, and creating change in ways the world may not always see.

Your impact matters.

And if you have ever doubted yourself, please hear this from my heart:

You are worthy.
You are capable.
And your story is still unfolding.

Your past does not define your future
Your voice matters.
Your presence in this world matters more than you know.

To every woman quietly changing the world in her own way — I see you, I celebrate you, and I honour you.

Sending you so much love from my heart to yours

Lynn
