When I first started having Coaching with Lynn I was very apprehensive and nervous.Where would I begin?How would I talk about issues that had affected me my whole life? How would I be able to confide in someone? How would I ask for help? Once we got started on the process all my doubts melted away. Lynn is just so easy to talk to and non judgemental which encourages me to be open and honest which is not always easy when you are struggling.
I’ve been able to take it step by step with Lynn’s expert guidance and support. If I ever feel like I’ve slipped back Lynn just gently reassures me and then I feel back on track. The work that I’ve been able to do with Lynn has honestly transformed my life in so many ways.I’m a much more empowered person these days-totally different to the person I was before I started this Coaching process. Lynn has helped to show me how things can be changed for the better and that I do not have to struggle alone.Her help has been invaluable to my life and I can truthfully say that having coaching with Lynn has been one of the best things I have ever done!!!Thank you so much Lynn you are amazing!!!

I have just completed a 13 day online course with Lynn on 12 ways to love yourself inspired by Louise Hey. I work as an accredited CBT therapist and would highly recommend Lynn to everybody who needs to know how to love and support themselves and get the work life balance. I started having coaching with Lynn several years ago when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. Lynn helped me get through that difficult period through a variety of coaching techniques inspired by the teachings of Louise Hay. Through Lynn I learnt to use positive affirmations, make positive changes and learnt to how to nurture myself and build up my inner strength. All these skills have helped me to look after my wellbeing and mental health, so much so that my life and coping skills have improved dramatically. Just completed a 13 day course with Lynn, she truly inspired me. I was able to look within and make some amazing discoveries about myself in a safe space with a group of inspiring ladies. It’s easy to go through life, looking out and seeking happiness from others. Looking within is difficult to do and Lynn made the process so easy and fun to do in this group setting and shared some great tips to continue working on myself to smash through limiting beliefs.

Firstly I wanted to thankyou for your amazing and inspiration work that you have done on the fantastic 12 ways to love yourself , I really didn’t know what to expect , but so glad I was lucky enough to join the course with you and all the other lovely ladies.
For the past few years I have struggled with things that had gone on in my past and was constantly going over it in my mind and blaming myself for the things that had happened and how I could of changed it or maybe done things differently , I felt angry, bitter and didn’t have much self worth,

But by doing this course with you I feel it really has given me an insight of how I can use the tools you have given me and really feel I have changed my mind set to a more positive one , I know I will probably still have a few ups and downs along the way but I’m really feeling alot lighter as though there has been some kind of weight or shift from my shoulders, I now know I can like or love myself better and stop blaming myself of the past because like you said it can’t be changed,

One thing that really sticks in my mind is when you said “its only a thought and a thought can be changed ” I keep telling myself this every day and this has helped me alot ,

So thankyou so much again , I am so lucky I got to go on this journey!

Brilliant workshop which has really challenged the way I think. I have learnt to stop negative thoughts in their tracks and I hope to be able to use these techniques in every day life.

Lynn ran a stress awareness session for our staff members at Cowgills. The session was very interactive and extremely useful for all levels of staff. We must not forget that, aside from certain work pressures and deadlines, people also have a lot to deal with in their personal lives. Getting the balance right and, most importantly, recognising the early signs of stress are vital. Lynn covered all of this extremely well. She comes highly recommend!

Lynn facilitated a staff away for my team in November 2017 where we looked at health and well being of ourselves and each other. We all support homeless young people and young people at risk of harm so the work is quite emotional and often demanding. Lynn did a piece of group work around our values, both as individuals and as an organisation that was excellent. It really engaged all colleagues. Her planning and prepapration was obviously very well done and it paid off. She ran the session to time, made it relevant, kept people interested and involved. She fully understood our organistaion and its mission. We also did some work on health, recognising and preventing stress. It was just what we needed. I’d most definitely use her again and recommend her.
