I believe the best way to be good to your body is to remember to love it. Look into your own eyes in the mirror often. Tell yourself how wonderful you are. Give yourself a positive message every time you see your own reflection. Just love yourself. Don’t wait until you become thin or build your muscles or lower your cholesterol or reduce your fat ratio.
