A Time to Celebrate Some Incredible Women

Hi beautiful people,

How often do you celebrate the wonderful, amazing and incredible person that you are?

Last Saturday night, I celebrated with a group of some really courageous women who had just finished the 12 Ways to Love Yourself online course with me.

Spending every night for 12 consecutive nights (apart form the night we had to miss due to the SheInspires awards), was such an honour.

Witnessing the breakthroughs, the ‘aha’ moments and the personal growth of these women made my heart sing.

When women share that they are feeling:

<3 Deep Gratitude

<3 Grateful, relief, warmth, strong, powerful, hopeful and safe

<3 Loved   supported very grateful

<3 Yes I believe it

<3 I believe it and feel it

<3 Feeling more positive and uplifted

<3 I believe in myself this is me

<3 Check in with every thought and the words I speak…….

<3 I will take steps to change how I see myself

<3 Lots to think about

<3 Feeling very positive…enough is enough feeling a big shift

Ready to start now

<3 I love myself freely and unconditionally

<3 The importance of self- love and belief in those words.

<3 Learning every day to love myself more

<3 The time to start loving myself is right now….. and for my children to see the best version of me when I love myself whole heartedly

<3 Start now…I deserve to love myself

These are women who:

<3 Showed up for THEMSELVES EVERY NIGHT

<3 By showing up for themselves they also showed up for EVERY woman on the call

< Are willing to invest in themselves and their future

<3 Are committed to their journey to self-love

<3 Were happy to share because they felt safe, seen, heard and valued

<3 Have already started making changes which are already making a difference to their own lives and so to the lives of others

<3 Had the courage to take action by enrolling on the course

<3 Will now be able to use all the tools they have to continue to love themselves

These amazing women have given themselves the greatest gift possible; the gift of LOVING who they are.

Did we celebrate on Saturday?

OF COURSE WE DID!!

Witnessing the transformation of this group of women has been so very humbling.

Being able to share the powerful work of Louise Hay again has made me feel so full of love and gratitude.

NEVER think that you are too old to love yourself, or think that it’s too late for you to love yourself. Or that you can’t love yourself.

ANYBODY can learn to love themselves; all they have to do is to be willing.

Are you willing?

Sending you all so much love from my heart to yours.

Lynn
