Louise Hay’s 100th Birthday
Today would have been Louise Hay’s 100th birthday. ❤️
To celebrate this very special day, I am sharing with you a recording of an interview that Dr Patricia Crane did with Robert Holden.
Patricia is the wonderful lady I had the privilege of doing my Heal Your Life workshop leader training with in 2011, followed by my Heal Your Life coaching training in 2012. She has been such an important part of my own journey with Louise’s work, and I will always be grateful for everything I learned from her.
Robert is a Hay House author, speaker and I had the privilege of seeing him speak at the I Can Do It conference a few years ago, and he was every bit as wonderful as I imagined he would be. He is funny, warm and incredibly humble, and his books are fabulous.
Most of you will know that my life today could have been very, very different had I not been given Louise’s book, The Power is Within You.
Discovering Louise’s work around 17 years ago changed my life forever — and I mean that in a VERY good way!
At a time when I felt lost and believed that life was simply something that happened to me, Louise’s words opened up a whole new possibility. She helped me understand that I could change the way I thought about myself, that I was worthy of love, that I had choices, and that I had far more power within me than I had ever realised.
Her work didn’t just become something I learned about.
It became something I lived.
And, of course, I am still learning, still growing and still doing my own work every single day.
I shall be forever grateful to Louise for the gift she gave me — and for the ripple effect her work has had on my life and on the lives of so many women I have had the privilege of working with over the years.
It is one of the reasons I feel so passionate about continuing to share her work.
As long as I am able, I will continue to share Louise’s beautiful message of self-love, self-worth, forgiveness, healing and the belief that we really can create a different life for ourselves.
What a legacy she has left behind.
100 years since the day Louise was born, her words are still reaching people, changing lives and reminding us that…
The power is within us. ❤️

Thank you for changing my life.
Thank you for showing me what is possible.
And thank you for giving me a body of work that I will continue to share with as many people as I can, for as long as I am able.
