Tell her that you know the pain she’s been through. Tell her that you have sometimes seen her struggle. Tell her that who she is is good enough and always was. Tell her that she is so very worthy. Tell her that you have felt every tear she has cried. Tell her that you have felt the deep belly laughs and laughed with her. Tell her that she is beautiful. Tell her that she is loveable. Tell her that she is loved so much, and now tell her anything else you want to say…
