Happy New Year!
Hi beautiful people, a very warm welcome to 2024!!
I wonder what this year has in store for us all?
I know some people may have already set all their goals and written up a strategic plan for the year already. Which is great, but if you haven’t spent some time to reflect on 2023 and letting go of what you do not want to bring into 2024 then you may find that you end up having a very similar year as you did last year.
A reflection exercise I have already done was to look back on my phone to help me reflect on last year because we usually forget more than we remember which was so true as I looked back on photos going back to January 2023.
I had forgotten so much!!!
I began to write down my highlights from 2023 and as I did this, I started to remember the feeling behind the highlights and by the time I had gotten to December 2023 I had so much gratitude for last year.
It was a FANTASTIC year in so many ways.
Don’t get me wrong, 2023 also brought some challenges and with these challenges came many tears.
So, as you reflect, I invite you not to skip any challenges you may have had, these challenges will show you where your strength and courage are because you will probably have to dig deep for strength and courage again this year.
Reflecting in this way helped me to see what I wanted to take into 2024 with me and what I wanted to let go of.
It also helped me to see where I needed to forgive myself last year and where I needed to forgive others.
Coming in to 2024 I feel so much gratitude, so much inner peace, so much excitement for what this new year will bring and I look forward to taking any opportunities that may arise where I can serve you and others on this journey to radical self-love.
I look forward to sharing this year with you all.

PS… I will be taking a short break from writing my newsletters now until w/c 12th February as I go away on holiday to New Zealand on the 17th January for 3 weeks to visit my youngest sister. I can’t think of a better start to 2024!!!
