How Many Times a Day Do You Hit the Panic Button?

Hi beautiful people,

I wonder how many of you hit your panic button on a regular basis.

Here’s why I am asking;

Yesterday I woke up to a small pool of water on my kitchen floor and worktop, no problem, I rang the landlady and her husband is coming today to look at what the cause may be. NO PANIC BUTTON REQUIRED.

Later yesterday, I turned my laptop on and it wouldn’t come on; I had a message which I couldn’t understand, so I googled it!!

I couldn’t do what the article was telling me to do because I had a black screen and couldn’t get on my laptop at all.

I rang my brother- in-law who is usually pretty good at anything technical to do with laptops and he gave me the same advice as google.

I emailed the ladies who are currently taking part in my 12 Ways to Love Yourself online course to let them know what was happening  and I kept pressing various buttons and then something happened; my laptop came back on!!

I emailed the ladies again to let them know that we were good to go for last night’s session.

NO PANIC BUTTON REQUIRED.

In the past I would have dealt with the events of yesterday in a completely different way.

My panic button would be pressed so many times it would need replacing!!

When we learn to love ourselves, when we learn to feel worthy and deserving, when we learn to forgive, when we learn to check in with our thoughts and how we are feeling, when we understand that nothing bad is going to happen because of a pool of water on a kitchen floor, when we understand to trust, surrender, let go and have faith that all will be well and that no matter what is going on we can ALWAYS go to that place within us; that place where peace resides, that place where we have all the answers, that place where we feel aligned and connected to the Divine within us; when we can go there we find that we use our panic button less and less.

My invitation to you is to become aware of how often you use your panic button and make the time to just sit and connect to the Divine within you. Notice how you feel. Notice the peace. Notice the surrendering.

Once again, the choice is yours; panic button or peace?

Sending you all so much love from my heart to yours.

Lynn

P.S. I now have availability to take on a couple of new coaching clients. If you would like to work with me on a one to one then please get in touch and we can have a chat.
