International Women’s Day Wed 8th March

Hi Beautiful People,
I’m back!
Sincere apologies for writing my weekly blog for the past couple of weeks. This was due to me being in bed for 3 days with flu like symptoms and then making sure I didn’t overdo it when I started feeling better. (See, I do practice what I teach!!)
On Wednesday 8th March I will be attending an event at Rochdale football club to celebrate International Women’s Day.
I feel it’s important for women to do this and to celebrate who they are and their achievements.

Why is it important to celebrate IWD?

Need you ask?
My view is that women should celebrate who they are and what they have achieved EVERY DAY. Not just on IWD.
When was the last time you celebrated yourself?
When was the last time you celebrated your achievements?
Do you know what you have achieved in your life time?
Do you know how proud you should be of yourself?
Everybody reading this will have gone through lots of different experiences; some great some not so great and you made it.
You got through whatever life has presented you with.
It’s time to celebrate YOU!!
Because who you are is amazing!!
Who you are is wonderful!!
Who you are is inspirational!!
Who you are is magnificent!!
I invite you to STOP hiding
STOP putting yourself down
STOP making yourself out to be small
And instead, stand in your own power!!
Throw your shoulders back!!
SMILE!!
CELEBRATE YOU!!
CELEBRATE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS!!
Sending you all so much love from my heart to yours.
Lynn
