Now Is A Perfect Time for Reflection

Hi beautiful people,
At this time of year, I always like to reflect on the past 12 months.
It’s important to reflect on the past year because it’s an excellent way to understand the ebbs and flow of your life. To see what is working and what isn’t working and to acknowledge and celebrate yourself.
Here are a set of questions I like to ask myself: ( I always like to set the scene by burning some incense and lighting a candle, playing some relaxation music and making sure I won’t be disturbed.)
Be sure to have your journal and pen ready to write down your answers:
- Close your eyes and take some nice deep breaths
- Think back to last December; how do you feel differently now?
- What’s your biggest accomplishment this year?
- What’s been your biggest challenge?
- How do you think you have grown this year?
- What helped you to feel the most calm and relaxed this year?
- What was your most positive experience this year?
- How did you help others this year?
- How did you receive help from others this year?
- What was your most memorable moment this year?
- What habit was the most helpful and transformative for you this year?
- What habit was unhelpful this year?
- What are you most grateful for this year?
- What has been your biggest lesson you’ve learned this year?
- Where do you want your life to be and how do you want to FEEL in 12 months time?
You may find some surprises in your answers.
Let me know how you get on!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for being in my wonderful community and for your love and support and very kind acknowledgements over the past twelve months.
